Estimated processing and shipping times are provided under each product description and vary based on whether the item is pre-made or pre-order.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Kyomii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number. We recommend selecting a secure shipping address to avoid potential theft.
Shipping Errors & Incorrect Addresses
Carrier Shipping Errors: Kyomii is not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or mishandling by USPS, DHL, or any other mail service providers.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee to reship the order.
Need to update your shipping address? If you need to change your shipping address, please email kyomiionline@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
